Shipping Policy

At INYA, we strive to have all our products delivered to you on time and in perfect condition. Orders placed under international shipments outside of India will include shipping charges, as applicable. Domestic orders are delivered free of cost for order values above ₹5000.


  • INYA offers shipping across India through reliable courier service. The courier charges will be borne by the customer for order values less than ₹5000. We provide FREE domestic shipping for orders above ₹5000.
  • All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If there is a requirement for the products to be shipped to more than one shipping address then please create separate orders in separate carts for each address.
  • Octroi & Entry tax if applicable as per the local laws in the delivery location shall be borne by the customer.
  • Domestic orders are normally delivered in 5 - 10  business days from the date of shipment . However, delivery timelines are beyond our control and INYA shall not be liable for delayed delivery of the order.


  • Shipping costs are payable for shipping to locations outside India.
  • Local Taxes, Duty & Customs should be borne by the customer.
  • In the event of returns exchange due to customer issue or if the recipient refuses the delivery due to high duty charges, the customer will be charged to & fro shipping fees as well as local duties that INYA may incur when the parcel is shipped back to us. Refunds or store credit, if any, will be calculated after the package is returned to us without damage. Any damage to the sareewill need to be borne by the customer. INYA will bear the charges for shipment ONLY in cases where a wrong product or damaged product has been shipped.
  • International orders are normally delivered in 15 business days from the date of shipment . However, delivery timelines are beyond our control and INYA shall not be liable for delayed delivery of the order.

Track Shipments Online

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that the order has been dispatched for delivery. In the email, you will obtain a link which will enable you to track your order whenever you choose until it is delivered to you.
  • Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you on Working days between from 9 AM to 7 PM. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
  • All Courier companies make TWO delivery attempts. In case of unavailability of the recipient, future Modus Operandi is at the discretion of the Courier Company and INYA has no liability for the same. We will get in touch with you as soon as we are intimated by our courier agency. In case the package is sent back to us, INYA is not liable to clear and accept the package. So we request the customer to receive the package and make all details available for smooth delivery.
  • To further avoid these issues, customers are requested to share only addresses where they are available within working hours to accept the package.

PIN Code Serviceability.

During Checkout when you enter your address and PINCODE we will check your PINCODE aganist our backend database and let you know if your PINCODE is serviceable or not. In case the PIN code is unserviceable, you can simply pre-pay the amount of the order and we will ensure it is delivered to you.
